Fourth of July Ride

Biker peeps,

Greenstreet Velo, the Omaha Endurance Athletes, and Pinnacle Fitness Club are joining up for an epic 4th of July ride. The Game Plan:

Starting Location - BlueLine Coffee Downtown 14th and Cuming
>
Meet - 8:00am
>
Ride - 8:15am
>
Pace - ~18mph or whatever fuels your fire
... >
Distance - ~70 miles with 100 mile option
>
Route - The general plan is to do a modified version of the White Church route. Instead of heading east into Underwood we'll continue north on L34 up to Beebee Town. At that juncture we can decide if we head west into Missouri Valley (~70 miles) or add more mile by scooting further north into Logan and maybe even Magnolia (~100 miles). The way back home will be south along the 'front range' via the Old Lincoln Highway through Crescent.
>
Logistics - We'll split up into 'A' and 'B' groups if we have enough riders and designate a sweeper to make sure everyone finds the turns. There will be an opportunity to refill water bottles and grab a snack in Missouri Valley. Please make sure to bring plenty of nutrients as there is no guarantee of what will be open on the holiday in the smaller towns.

Tri-bikes, aero bikes welcome on this ride. Many attendees will be training for Ironmans, time trials, etc.

Hope to see you down at Blue Line! El Guapo Supreme (Pete)
