What: 70 mile ride featuring a 50 mile gravel loop through the Platte River valley
When: Sunday, April 28, 2013. Meet at 7:00 am. Rollout at 7:15 am
Where: Meet at Stinson Park, Aksarben Village, near 67th St. and Center St.
Pace: Expect 12-15 MPH
Notes: We'll stop at the 35 mile point for refuel. Be sure to bring enough food and water to last. Also consider wide changes in temperature (50s to near 80). Bring flat changing supplies.
Also note that Aksarben Village is hosting Open Streets Omaha from 11am to 4pm. If you drive and park at Aksarben Village, be sure to park in the garage (free) to avoid having your car towed.
